“Miner’s Candies” represent the “gold of Donbas,” taking the form of exquisite sweets crafted with love and meticulous attention to detail.
The creation of these candies was inspired by Donbas coal, which served as a driving force for Lakond’s confectioners. These treats are an ode to the natural wealth of their homeland.
The candy symbolizes the strength and energy of the coal region: its shell is made from crisp cocoa-infused wafers, while the filling offers a rich chocolate taste. The confection is topped with a shiny, aromatic glaze of deep black color.
Thus were born “Miner’s Candies,” crafted in the very heart of Donbas, carrying the memory of the region’s most important symbol—coal, the “gold” of Donbas.
