Process Engineer (Confectionery Production)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with production processes and product quality
• Launch and develop new product lines on the production floor
• Maintain technological documentation
• Create and prepare recipes, technological cards, and production instructions
• Oversee the production cycle from raw material selection to finished product release

Requirements:

• Higher professional education
• Knowledge of regulatory documentation
• Proficient computer user
